-
Continuously through the practical activities in each of the sessions and active participation in the debates. When, in spite of opting for continuous evaluation, it is not possible to attend some of the sessions, the teacher in charge will indicate the activity that will make up for the absences (summary or commentary of theoretical texts). Presentation of an individual or pair work, which will consist of an essay or commentary of theoretical texts or sentences (jurisprudence) on one of the topics of the program.
Each of these activities will be evaluated out of 10 points, and the final grade will be the average of the two grades.
The overall evaluation
Students who do not attend the face-to-face sessions will have to submit, in the official call, an individual paper consisting of an essay on a topic indicated by the teacher in charge, , and critical summaries of at least 2 theoretical texts or legal pronouncements.
