1. General information
This subject has a twofold objective: on the one hand, to acquire relevant knowledge and the ability to apply the new aspects of teamwork in the professional context, identifying its components.
On the other hand, to experience the difficulties that working as a team entails both on a personal level and as a group.
These approaches and objectives are aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 United Nations Agenda for Sustainable Development (https://www.un.org/sustainabledevelopment/es/), in particular, the learning activities provided in this subject will contribute to the achievement of Objective 3. Health and Wellness.
2. Learning results
1.-To Identify, analyse and discuss the contributions of teamwork presented in this module.

4. Academic activities
Theoretical classes: expository and explanatory sessions of contents. These classes will include discussion sessions. Relevant and novel aspects of teamwork will be presented.
Solving of problems and cases: performance of different dynamics and analysis of the results obtained.
Group work: work is done through the activities proposed in class, and a feedback is established with the rest of the groups.
Guided study: the ability to identify the relevant aspects of teamwork is worked on with the student.
Individual work to improve the grade: it includes the study of contents related to the theoretical classes, and the preparation of seminars.
Tutoring/assessment: direct assistance to the student. Identification of learning problems. Guidance on the subject. Both the skills learned and those that have been developed are assessed, as well as the deficiencies in the rest of the training activities.
5. Assessment system
Attendance is a fundamental part of this subject, since the learning dynamics are based on practical activities.
